Donations to Mukhya Foundation are voluntary. Once a UPI payment is confirmed by the gateway, the gift is recorded and applied to the programme you chose — or to the general fund if you selected that option.
If a payment fails, nothing is recorded against you. If an amount is debited but our page does not show success, write to mukhyafoundation@gmail.com with the UPI reference. We will reconcile with the gateway.
Refunds are considered only for duplicate successful charges, and are processed to the original UPI account after verification.
Field visits are at your own travel risk. We will not place a minor as a volunteer without a parent present.
